HELLO : )
Welcome to Cuore Attivo.
We collaborate
with the Nepalese population in the Makalu and Arun valleys.
We build
infrastructure such as schools, water networks, and healthcare facilities in remote areas, as well as primary school education.
Cuore Attivo Monterosa ODV (“Active Heart non profit”)was founded 2019 in Alagna Valsesia (VC) Italy, with the goal of supporting small national and international social, medical and environmental emergencies. Our slogan is “maximizing the effect of limited resources”
Cuore Attivo Montrosa coordinates projects and spreads culture and information through the construction of schools and libraries and actively runs medical clinics in small, remote villages of the Himalayas in Pakistan and Nepal.
In Italy Cuore Attivo Monterosa works at the local level providing support dedicated to helping kids living in the Val Sesia mountain environment to learn how to combine an ecological mountain lifestyle with longstanding traditions. We organize trash collection on the glaciers and river beds of our beautiful Monte Rosa home and also provide support to areas that are touched by natural disasters and war.
Our objectives

We provide support to the Nepalese population in the Makalu and Arun valleys.

We build infrastructure such as schools and plumbing in remote areas while also offering medical services to local populations.

By building schools in these remote Himalayan villages we are able to offer children access to a basic level of education, expanding their possibilities and enabling them to live a better life in these remote areas and not being forced to move to the cities.

Develop environmental and social projects for mountain residents: adults, kids and elders.
Completed projects
After 20 years of expeditions to the 8000m peaks Seppi Enzio started this humanitarian non profit, financing and personally leading small projects to the surrounding valleys of the Everest region. Having a tight bond with local populations during his years long mountaineering he was able to grow a small project into a larger more complex humanitarian effort creating: Cuore Attivo (active heart) Monterosa ODV
